ENOC Group, U.A.E made headway towards retail extension plans; a brief review

On 17th September, Emirates National Oil Company (ENOC) in Dubai declared its plan to open 40 new military stations by the end of 2021 and which will extend its retail network to 192 stations.

The ENOC group is already making progress with the plan to open around 16 service locations across different zones such as Dubai, Northern Emirates, and Sharjah by the end of this year. The group also planning to open an extra 24 service location by the end of the next year.

The retail extension plan highlighted the ENOC group’s dedication to lend a helping hand towards the nation in making the strong fuel retail base. Hopefully, the demand for fuel all across the country will be rising day by day.

Saif Humaid Al Falasi, the Group CEO, ENOC Group, said that as a high energy player, they are dedicated to promoting robust retail support to serve the UAE for the next 50 years in association with the vision and goals of his highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, UAE Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai.

“We guarantee to assure that consumers have a way to an unending supply of fuel as well as access to best-in-class automotive and retail services. Notwithstanding the challenging times, we have shown our flexibility and remain dedicated to assisting the nation.”- he also added.

The Group plans to set up two marine stations at Dubai Harbour and Umm Suqeim to serve marine fueling by the end of September.

In the case of the new military station, CCTV will be installed along with automatic number plate discovery cameras to ensure security. It can be said that the new stations are going to introduce in a developed way.

Apart from these, The availability of ZOOM C-stores in service stations, which offers customers over 7,500 products including snacks and various beverages as well.

.the new services will be beneficial for current generation vendors as they could refuel cars on both sides with fold up hoses. According to NFPA, the fuel system has been made to allow the safest flow rate and to reduce overall refueling time. Sponsored by its Auto Tank Gauging and automatic leak detection system, the fuel system is completely automated and reduces the human error and the chances of obtrusion.

Other important energy-efficient innovations are the LED lighting system, which needs zero maintenance and protection against fire hazards. The lighting system will help to make a 50 percent decrease in the station’s overall energy expenditure. Moreover, air conditioning using VRF technology reduces almost 35% of energy usage.
